According to Wikipedia, a boarding school “is a school where some or all pupils study and live during the school year with their fellow students…” We like to think that Horizon Academy is a little more than that. Horizon Academy is a private, specialty boarding school for grades 7-12. We work with students who are good teens but have gotten off track and are heading down a bad road.
At Horizon Academy boarding school, your child can learn the fundamentals of responsibility and how to maintain structure in their life. With our three components of academics, character development and emotional growth, students have the opportunity to take successful tools and create new beliefs about themselves. This allows the opportunity to eliminate the limiting beliefs that were created and driving their negative behaviors.
